Fun in Ireland

June 4, 2010

So much fun to do this shoot. We did it back in February with this very cover in mind. If you remember, this is Anna Lauren from West Cobb modeling KKnoodle clothing. Super cute!

Where have I been??

April 6, 2010

Well, the Burt’s have been in the process of moving. It took a little while but we are in the new house. We still have some boxes to go through but the goal is to get all the boxes cleaned out by May 16th. Why? Because I am going to Ireland and I want it to be complete!!

I’ve been busy even through the move. Here’s a few favorites from the KKnoodle Spring line Shoot. You can see all of them on her website at KKnoodle.com!

Ducky Cake

Duck Cake

So my baby turns three today! Even though she’s still a handful, I can’t say that she is two anymore. I’m hoping this year will be much better than year 2…It was VERY hard. Here’s her favorite cake from the family party we had. It was SO good. I had it custom made by Fancy Pants Goodies. WOW! Not only was it super cute, it was SO YUMMY!

Models Needed

Get ready Metro Atlanta…You’re going to love this clothing line. We are teaming up in February. I will be doing a commercial photo shoot with her clothing in February and need some models for the clothing line. Email me a recent picture (snapshots are fine) to be considered for this opportunity.

KKnoodles is a Cobb based business that has designed a unique line of children’s clothing for 3 years. Elisa Gollatz, owner and designer of KKnoodles, was frustrated with all the provocative clothing being marketed to our girls. She started designing clothing for children that promotes the virtue of modesty. Her new collections are designed to keep little girls little… one outfit at a time.

I love the line and would recommend it to my clients for photo shoots. These cute outfits really can make your portraits unique and precious!

Teen Portraits

December 18, 2009

During a family portrait, I was able get some shots of each family member. It is a little different and I really like the VERY warm effect. This beautiful girl is my precious niece!

Santa was going to be in Kennesaw this year instead of our normal location of Acworth Beach. He was just visiting his old cabin behind the train tracks. It was so nice to visit with him! He is so fun!!

Santa in the Park 2009

November 23, 2009

Every year I call Santa just in time to make an appointment to visit with him. I always enjoy seeing him interact with all the kids. I am making his time available to all my clients for $150. These are limited sessions which include 5-7 images on cd to print for your Christmas card. The sessions are scheduled for Sunday, December 6 at 1pm-3pm.

My children have had the opportunity to visit with him and they look forward to seeing him EVERY year!! Call me today to book your session. I look forward to hearing from you. 770-846-1775

Beautiful Fall in Georgia

I really enjoyed the family session today. We hiked down to the stream behind my clients home. It was so beautiful!! Everyone did such a great job trying all my crazy poses. You’ll have to wait to see those… Happy peeking!

burt family
Taking my own family portraits is always a chore and SO hard. When I take other families portraits, Mom and Dad help by encouraging the kids or playing with them…Just my honey gets that job and there is much to be said about the influence of a mother! Don’t get me wrong, he does a great job, but we only take family portraits ONCE a year. This one cracks me up because, as you all know, two year olds are very difficult to get involved with the siblings. So, I get my baby in position and then my beautiful seven year old decides to break out her best modeling pose! So funny!! Oh, well…I just love that my older baby is trying so hard to please. We did get some others but you’ll have to wait until Christmas cards go out!! So much fun!
